We grow and harvest approximately 15 acres of strawberries that are sold wholesale throughout the Northeast to farm markets and grocery stores.  Strawberries are picked into flats of either 8 1lb clamshells or 8 1qt open containers.  Our harvest season lasts from the beginning of June and continues into October, weather depending, due to our ever-bearing varieties.

We field pack our strawberries and deliver from the field directly to our customer.  Every flat is inspected by our QC team in the field before it is loaded on the delivery truck.  We utilize a barcode scanning system to track each flat harvested which can be traced back to the field, picker, date and time of harvest.


Our strawberries are grown on raised beds under black plastic with drip irrigation.  During the winter months the plants are covered with straw for protection from the elements through dormancy.

Nutritional Value:

Strawberries are very high in Vitamin C, Potassium and Antioxidants as well as low in fat.  1 cup of strawberries is a dieter’s delight with only 55 calories.  Vitamin C in 1 cup of strawberries equivalent to the Vitamin C in an orange.
